Yesterday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the National Conference of Dalit Entrepreneurs at Vigyan Bhawan, organized by the Dalit Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (DICCI) in New Delhi. It was the first time that Narendra Modi visited DICCI. It was Babasaheb’s 125th Birth Anniversary on the day. And Narendra Modi paid tribute to Babasaheb Ambedkar and compliments his vision for Industralisation.
Below are the main highlights of Narendra Modi’s speech at the event:
1. We all know that Dr. Ambedkar was the architect of our constitution, but not many know that he was a great Economist too.
2. We want Job-creators, not Job seekers.
3. Our Sarkar is ‘Aap ki Sarkar’ (Our Government is Your Government).
4. Babasaheb rightly said that Industrialisation will give maximum benefit to our Dalit sisters and brothers.
