MODI’S PLANS OF TRANSFORMING EDUCATION

MODI’S PLANS OF TRANSFORMING EDUCATION WILL MAKE HIM AS A MAN OF VISION

India’s PM Narendra Modi has personally directed that the realization of foreign universities entering the education space in India be urgently examined. This is a quite good news for the higher education sector, which is currently suffering from limited supply and the mushrooming of poor quality educational institutions. This will be effective enough to raise the quality of educational institutions in India worthy for studying.

It is well-known fact that many graduates, including those with engineering degrees, are simply unable to find employment as they do not possess the knowledge or the needed skills that make them market-worthy or competitive. If the plans go as decided, collaboration with foreign universities will see the exchange of faculty and students, including credit transfer and consequently impact positively not only on joint research but also on tourism. In a nutshell this has the potential of emerging as a strong public diplomacy tool in foreign affairs by opening its doors to international students and faculties.

And if Narendra Modi’s efforts will come true, he will have great investment in India’s education development thus becoming as a man of vision.

    Namaste Mr Modi,

Hope you are in good health and god may bless you with longer life to serve humanity….

Our Education system needs some serious thoughts in terms of mission, purpose and implementation.

However, the first step towards transforming India towards a Global University Hub, we should have a Uniform Syllabus from LKG to 10th Std. Schools , whether private or public should have same subjects and contents.

Logical, Spiritual awareness and Disciplined life should be the moto of the basic education system

In the 2nd phase of this activity we should be focusing of the religious contents of the books read in the schools. However, this can be addressed later on once we achieve the 85% success in implementing a universal syllabus for India
there should be central body to monitor the contents of the books. The objective is to ensure that religious books lead to communal harmony.

I would like to see steps been taken for universal syllabus for India. Will talk about next steps later

    Thanks & Regards

    Liju

    * For changing the System of Education..and be advanced in its Reforms…I personally suggest that ..right from LKG to 12th/PUC Classes..each Lesson should be having a seperate Textbook-cum-Workbook..in one single book! wen the Lesson and its Workbook( which is the actual Written Notes..should be corrected and Unit Tests done and after the Test the Book can be kept in the Students house for regular reading and studying! Then the same process is done with the Next Lesson!

..with this method.. The Student can CARRY Less Weight of Books..wich wud be Thin ofcourse…and easy to maintain..and easy and Burdenless for their Backbone..all books without losing its Covers and contents..! Easy for The Student…Easy for The Teacher!
