Sought Indian Citizenship, because India is Tolerant, Says Pakistani singer Adnan Sami

After Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir khan’s statement on the growing Intolerance in India, Pakistani Singer Adnan Sami has shared his views on Intolerance.

On Saturday, at a session of Agenda Aaj Tak, when Adnan was asked if he thinks there is Intolerance in India?

He Said:

“If there was Intolerance in India, Would I have asked for Citizenship of the Country”

He added, “I Believe in Action speaks louder than words.”

On his appeal to legalise his stay in India on humanitarian grounds, Pakistani actor was allowed to stay in India for an indefinite period. He is staying in India since March 2001, and has been granted permission in August to stay in India for an Indefinite period.
