Kanhaiya Kumar is out on bail and his post-release midnight speech has earned him fans and foes. And he earned praises from the leaders of the opposition parties for his speech.

But Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu unimpressed with Kanhaiya’s speech made a satirical comment on Kanhaiya Kumar’s publicity. He said “Unhe Fokat me publicity mil rahi hai (He is getting free publicity). He is enjoying the publicity.”

“Universities are meant for education, academic excellence, not to create such unnecessary controversies and spoil the name of the University. And they must study rather than getting into politics.” Venkaih Naidu added.

He also suggested Kanhaiya to join politics if he doesn’t want to study. He said “If you want to be a politician, then leave the study and join politics. Join your favourite Party. Your favourite party ┬áis not even in single digit in Parliament.”
